Replacements & Exchanges
Replacements are available if goods have been damaged beyond repair in transit. Please send an image to us at email@example.com and we will replace your items.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your replacement request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In order to exchange it, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us about the issue and we will contact you to replace the items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replaced product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
